Two of my favorite places have to be among the Earth's most breathtaking – the Dead Sea in Israel and Sedona, Arizona. I find them overwhelming, humbling, and awe inspiring. My photos don't do them justice…I need to go back and try again with my trusty Canon PowerShot SD800.		While floating in the Dead Sea or energy surfing on a power point like Bell Mountain are easy "joy inducers", any break from routine can be a good opportunity to experience joy. Sometimes, I like a "pack it in" vacation where the stimulation is high and every minute is programmed. And, sometimes, I like to spend a Sunday afternoon in the park, reading a book, people-watching, and relaxing. The challenging part is giving myself permission to take a break from responsibilities and carve out time to recharge.
