I started shopping at a local health food co-op when it was just a tiny storefront. Today, it's a supermarket-sized paradise. Who could have known? By continually pushing the envelope and experimenting with ever more "alternative" modalities, I was blessed to have overcome Chronic Fatigue, Epstein-Barr, allergies, and environmental sensitivity.		For many years, it was hard to swim against the tide - to be called a "health food nut". But, I stayed the course and acquired the skills and resources needed to give myself the gift of "healthy aging." It's so much easier now that "alternative" has become trendy…and every major city has a Whole Foods. Here are some of my favorites - enjoy!
